Lake County Home Inspector Qualifications

I am proud to be a member in good standing with InterNACHI. The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors is the hardest association to become a member of.

Ninety-six percent of inspectors who attempt to become a member of NACHI fails to qualify either because they fail to complete the yearly  continuing education requirements (24 hours per year) or because they cannot pass the mandatory test.

Thus far this year I have well over 100 hours of continuing education completed. I take these courses so that I can keep up to date on the ever changing technology that is involved in the different systems of the homes that I inspect and so that I can deliver to you the type of quality inspection you deserve.

I am also a member of ASHI the American Society of Home Inspectors. ASHI is America's oldest and most trusted organization.

This dual membership makes me Lake County's only home inspector certified by both groups!

Proudly serving all of Northeast Ohio! Including but not limited to Mentor, Painesville, Willoughby, Madison, Euclid, Willowick and Wickliffe.
