My Qualifications

I am a member in good standing with InterNACHI and ASHI. Why does that matter? InterNachi is the most challenging organization to become a member of. There are a number of courses you must pass to become a member and then to remain compliant you must continually complete at least twenty-four hours of education a year, so far this year I have completed over 150 hours of continuing education. ASHI is America's oldest and most trusted home inspectors organization. A lot of inspectors are a member of one or the other organization but I am the only inspector in Lake County who is a member of both!
